Penny Pereboom's Profile

I'm Penny Pereboom, a REALTOR®, business coach, mentor, educator, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping people and businesses achieve remarkable, sustainable results. Since 2012, I've served buyers, sellers, and investors throughout New Braunfels and surrounding communities, including Canyon Lake, Spring Branch, Seguin, Schertz/Cibolo, Boerne, Bulverde, San Antonio, and Austin. My passion for community extends beyond real estate. Through local leadership, involvement, and meaningful connections, I help people discover not just a home, but a community where they can truly belong. With a master's degree in Educational Technology and certifications in coaching, leadership, and mentoring, I founded Rise Up Agent to help real estate professionals grow through intentional planning, effective systems, and sustainable strategies. Everything I do is grounded in integrity, relationships, and a genuine commitment to the people and communities I serve.
